975PFA Perfector Press
The 975PFA is a true blanket-to-blanket perfector press that delivers two-sided jobs in half the time because both sides of the sheet are printed simultaneously at speeds up to 10,000 sheets per hour. At the touch of a button, the 975PFA converts to single-sided printing.

For virtually uninterrupted production, the 975PFA has a pre-piling system and chain delivery with a large stack capacity. Also, double sheets are detected and eliminated without stopping the run.

A pre-set counter with repeat capability keeps accurate count of printed sheets. When the desired number is printed, blanket wash and dry is automatically initiated and the next paper plate is loaded. It can be programmed for a variety of jobs. Operating controls are centralized and accessible. A single lever activates the automated production sequence, including: Automatic insertion and ejection of paper-based plates for running multi-page jobs (metal plates may be loaded manually); paper feed; printing; cleaning/drying of blankets.

With the 975PFA you have four ways to adjust vertical and lateral image positioning on the front and back sides of the sheet. Front and back image alignment can also be precisely controlled.This press has an integrated 14-roller inking and dampening system with two form rollers of different diameters. This provides consistent ink coverage in large solid areas and better image quality. Flip-down ink fountains make cleaning and changing colors easy.
